Biography
Welcome to my website! I’m Gabriel Chibuikem Eze, a dedicated student affairs practitioner, educator, and chemist from Imo State, Nigeria. With a strong background in College Student Personnel (Student Affairs Practice) and Chemical Education, I’ve spent years advocating for students’ rights and well-being.
My academic journey began at the University of Nigeria, where I earned a Second-Class Upper Honors degree in Chemical Education (2014). I later pursued a Master’s in Chemistry, majoring in Organic/Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Currently, I’m a Graduate Assistant at Western Illinois University, Macomb, USA, pursuing an master degree in College Student Personnel – Higher Education Track (In-View), while serving as a student affairs practitioner.
My professional experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant Lecturer at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State, Nigeria, an Assistant Lecturer at Imo State College of Education, Nigeria, and a Research Assistant at Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria.
I’m passionate about creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, free from harassment, bullying, and discrimination. I stand firmly for all-inclusive, equity, equality, diversity, and multiculturalism. Students facing challenges or concerns can reach out to me for support and guidance. Whether it’s academic, personal, or social issues, I’m committed to listening and helping resolve problems amicably.
As a chemist and educationist, I also monitor student progress and outcomes in science courses, ensuring effective teaching and learning practices.
