“WAEC Result Alert: What You Need to Know About Withheld, Outstanding, and Cancelled Results!”

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released the 2024 School Candidate Examination results for centers with outstanding performances. However, some candidates’ results are still being withheld.

What to do if your result is withheld:

If your result is among those withheld, we urge the proprietors or proprietress of affected schools to visit the WAEC head office to resolve the issue and secure the release of the results.

What to do if your subjects were cancelled:

For candidates whose subjects were cancelled, please note that you have two options:

1. Wait for the NECO results to be released.

2. Register for the 2024 WAEC Private Candidate Examination (GCE).

We advise affected candidates to explore these options to ensure they don’t miss out on further educational opportunities.

Stay informed:

We will continue to provide updates on this matter as more information becomes available. Stay tuned for further announcements from WAEC and other relevant authorities.

Warmly,

Gabriel Chibuikem Eze .
